Ordered completely online and love how easy it is. I opted to upgrade for additional cost but the result was far from the original wreath pictured online. Online there’s a reassurance that floral choices will be of a more premium variety and possibly include more blooms but still convey the “spirit” of the pictured item. I was disappointed because the upgraded version was very dark and heavy, not at all what I imagined it would be. I’ve used Flower fair 3 times now and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. So next time I’ll be sure to specify exactly what I want in the optional notes section (though I didn’t think I’d need to).
