The flowers were beautiful. They had to substitute with sunflowers as the flowers in the photo were not available that day. They promptly called to let me know what my choices were. Great customer service and the flowers made the recipients birthday so special. Thank you!

I actually saw the arrangement today and it's so beautiful! It's even prettier than what's on the website. I honestly didn't expect this. Usually, I'm disappointed because the actual arrangements that I ordered from other florists never look like the website, but this one went over and beyond my expectations! This is the first time I ordered from Flower Fair and I will definitely order from them again. The recipient was very happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

the gerbera topiary arrangement was even more beautiful than I imagined and it was ready for pick-up by 10am (opening time)! The online ordering system was great, and any time I had questions I wanted to ask over the phone I had no issues getting through to the store! Will be ordering again from here in the future.
