Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Was so happy to find a bouquet for my Sister's Birthday, of her favourite flower and colour. It was nice to receive an email with the exact look of the bouquet which was Beautiful and perfectly reflected the online ad. The delivery was outstanding. Due to my creation of drama, I forgot to put the unit number on the instructions. The driver, Bill, called my Sister who was unavailable, so then called me in Canada. He waited on the line until all was sorted out and actually handed them directly to my Sister. So Thank you So Much Flower Fair, Your Product and Service is Beautiful and Outstanding.

I ordered flowers from NC for my daughter who lives on base. The delivery driver, Bill was amazing! He called my daughter to let her know he could not get on base and offer other arrangements for her to get them. My daughter said he was very nice and flexible to meet her at 11:30 am at the base visitor center. Thank you Bill for being so wonderful! Often the flowers are not even close to what you order, the pink gerbera topiary was more beautiful than I could have imagined! Thank you for such a wonderful customer experience!

The flowers were beautiful. They had to substitute with sunflowers as the flowers in the photo were not available that day. They promptly called to let me know what my choices were. Great customer service and the flowers made the recipients birthday so special. Thank you!

I actually saw the arrangement today and it's so beautiful! It's even prettier than what's on the website. I honestly didn't expect this. Usually, I'm disappointed because the actual arrangements that I ordered from other florists never look like the website, but this one went over and beyond my expectations! This is the first time I ordered from Flower Fair and I will definitely order from them again. The recipient was very happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
