I was not aware I needed to be more specific when ordering online to request a banner instead of a card. However, it was a beautiful floral arrangement you provided for our dad’s funeral. We truly appreciated your thoughtful inclusion of the blue roses—his favorite—and the dove, which was especially meaningful as he loved birds. While we were a little disappointed that the banner was missing, the arrangement overall was lovely. ---- Florist's Response: Aloha Cherry, thank you for your order. It was noted that you wanted to add blue sprayed roses and dove in the special instruction page. We should have make extra effort to call after email and phone call gotten no answer with two fail attempts to reach you before the wreath was delivered. My sincere apologies.

We ordered 2 wreaths, the 2nd one to be a mirror image of the 1st. We also requested all the flowers to be changed from red to white. The finished wreath was as requested, they were beautiful, delivered early on the date of mom s funeral. The service was professional, courteous and friendly! Thank you Fair Fair!
