I placed an order to send a little bit of joy to a family friend dealing with the loss of his father. A Flower Flair associate called me to gather more information around specifics on what I needed the flowers for- a funeral, or an individual’s home. They truly try to personalize each bouquet and arrangement to the specific situation, taking into account the environment, and how mindfully they create the floral presentation. When I went to pick up the arrangement, both women were so friendly and so welcoming. They’re so knowledgeable about the items they use, and take the time to explain how to care for the arrangement in order to prolong the life of the flowers. I was so pleased with my purchase, and the recipient of the flowers was so grateful. Thank you, ladies! I will be back, for sure!
